Cancellation Policy

1. Upon submitting an application, the e-challan creation process is initiated immediately. Since the e-challan amount is paid to the government, we cannot provide refunds for it.
2. If you decide to cancel the loan, we will provide you with the generated e-challan. The government allows refunds of e-challans within 6 months of creation. It is the customer’s responsibility to complete the refund process with the government. We will provide guidance on the government refund process.
3. The cancellation process is governed by the government regulations. While there are no direct cancellations, in the case of double or overpayments, we will refund the extra amount paid.
